Chef de Cuisine Ron Smith strives to serve the bounty of local farmers and fishermen by offering Certified Angus Beef and locally caught seafood that changes daily. Daily pasta and risotto specials as well as an extensive raw bar and Wine Spectator wine and champagne lists are also offered.
