Manteo Grad -- Troy Alexander, Manteo High School class of 1976, enjoys some bottom fishing and beautiful weather on the Pier today. He grew hanging around with some Sawyers, Twynes and Roughtons back in the day. Alexander said he worked at the oceanfront Mariner in Kill Devil Hills during the 70s before relocating to Virginia.
