Skim Jam Tomorrow -- A nice variety so far -- BAR JACK, small CROAKER, BLUEFISH, SPANISH MACKEREL, PIGFISH, BLACK SEA BASS, SPADEFISH and SPOT. There's a gentle NE breeze of 8 knots blowing in, but the surf has calmed down some just in time for tomorrow's OBX Skim Jam on the south beach. High tides 8:32 a.m. and 8:50 p.m. Low tide 2:40 a.m. and 2:32 p.m.

The tour will feature four historic homes and culminate with a sneak peek and storytelling at the Island Inn. That will be followed by holiday lighting of the public Commons, Parade of Boats, and a concert by Ocrafolk Opry at Ocracoke Alive’s Deepwater Theatre.
