Food - it's what we base everything else on at Ocean Boulevard! It's always great to know that our staff is as passionate about the food as we are. Our expeditor, Lauren, sent us some pictures of food while Heather and I were away on vacation. Chris, Zach, Scotty and the team, along with Lauren, were delighting palates nightly! While we contemplate our late Spring menu, we are proud to show what we are preparing for you this week - Pan Roasted Duck Breast over Gorgonzola Polenta with Smoked Pork Belly wilted Greens and dried Cherries as well as Seared Sea Scallops with English Pea and Cremini Mushroom Basmati Rice and Saffron Cream Vegetables.
