Cold and Windy -- Bright sunshine, windy and cold out this morning. No one fishing yet. NW winds at 17 knots! Air temp 40 degrees, ocean temp 58. High tide 8:17 a.m. Low tide 2:50 p.m. A customer this fall said this oldie but goldie Penn Spinfisher 704 "Greenie" vintage saltwater reel was one of the best he's ever had. He purchased it a garage sale.

We've been busy with recipe weights, sample testing, labels, ingredient/nutrient charts, ingredient purchases and bottle choices. Still we have a little work to do on the Carolina Reaper Sauce recipe and our Yankee Bar-B-Que Sauce label and recipe weights. All done hopefully by the end of year, with our Carolina Ranch Vinaigrette Dressing and Dippin Sauce, to top off our homemade company sauces! Later 2025!

FYI: Willard Ashburn who I'm pictured with, was a good friend of my father, the late Earl Weaver, we sure miss you Dad! Anyway, you need a sauce bottled Willard is your man. Thanks folks, will let you know when they're up for sale on the website and the restaurant.
