The Portuguese Man o' War is a highly venomous marine siphonophore--not a jellyfish--that floats on the ocean surface using a gas-filled bladder.

Its long tentacles can deliver a powerful, painful sting to prey and humans, and it is found in tropical and temperate oceans worldwide. ....and along the beaches of Corolla this weekend. 🪼 Careful out there, y'all.

Say hey to John, one of our Red Sky kitchen champs who’s been with us for over a year and he's been bringing the good vibes to the kithchen.
Originally from Elizabeth City, John’s a part of our kitchen team and Chefs on Call / Catering crew. A go-to guy when things need to get done (and taste amazing).
When he’s not slinging plates or working the line, John’s probably dreaming of his next adventure. He’s already been to Italy, Paris, and the Bahamas (yes, his passport is definitely cooler than ours).
We love John and his energy, dedication, and how he shows up with a great attitude every single time.
