Corolla Wild Horse Tours
Kitty Hawk Kites teams up with Corolla Outback Adventures to bring daily tours of the refuge areas and sanctuary sites of the iconic "Banker" wild horses that inhabit the 4x4 area just north of Corolla. "Bankers" are descendants of the Spanish mustangs that swam to shore during the colonial period. Hop on board large 4WD tour trucks driven by experienced guides and enjoy the ride! Get ready for some surprises along the way. You never know when wildlife will show up or when the perfect photo moment will happen.
Stunt Kite Lessons
We're thrilled to bring stunt kite lessons back to Jockey's Ridge State Park! Join a friendly instructor and learn all aspects of kite flying from launching and landing to wind theory and dual line kite control. You'll even get to test a variety of KHK certified kites from brands such as Prism and Revolution. Afterwards, you'll feel ready to purchase and fly your very own stunt kite!
E-Foiling
Our Rodanthe location is pleased to offer e-foiling lessons! E-foiling is a newer watersport that uses an electric hydrofoil that propels a rider above the water surface. Hop into the Pamlico Sound with a certified instructor and learn a new water activity that is both fun and easy to pick up!
