One of our beloved customers had a birthday the other day. Margaret Horton (aka Nana) turned 101 years young, and decided to celebrate with us here at the Black Pelican!!! Nana, as she is known by many, was a welder in the shipyards during WW2 !! How awesome is that!!! Please help us in wishing Nana many wonderful and healthy years ahead and a very Happy Birthday!!!!!

A water-lover's dream! This Nags Head Cove rental home is directly in front of a boat ramp to canal access, so bring your boat and back it in! The owners also provide access to 4 kayaks to get your family started for an adventure into the Outer Banks sound! The Nags Head Cove community provides a community pool and boat ramp access for a nominal fee, and also features a sound-side beach, basketball area, pedestrian-lit crosswalk to the ocean, and a bike path that leads to Jockey's Ridge!
