The Ocracoke Kitchen Project is an online video series celebrating the food ways of Ocracoke Island. Hosts Daphne Bennink and David Tweedie meet with local chefs and cooks to showcase some of their favorite dishes and uncover the ingredients of their diverse and colorful lives.
