Another very very important kitchen tool that doesn't get the attention that it deserves is the chiminea. We use this every single day to light our grill. First our grill master builds the charcoal and wood base in the grill and fills the chiminea with charcoal and lights it on our gas stove. Then they carefully carry the lit coals over to the grill and pour them on. In just a few minutes you have a nice fire started that is the base for the rest of the evening. Without this small piece of equipment, our live hardwood grill would not be able to produce the heat that it needs for the coals of the fire.
