The bestest team a girl boss could ask for. Being in the resort/seasonal business is probably one of the hardest things I have tried to master. It’s hard, hard work for a really short amount of time. One minute we are surrounded by friends, family, coworkers and visitors. In what feels like the blink of an eye, everyone is gone again and it’s lonely. One thing that I always hope my staff gets out of working for me is, friendship. I hope that each member of my staff has the chance to build friendships with people from all over the world. So far I have had the pleasure of watching this happen. I love hearing in the off season that they keep in touch, cheer each other on, and hope to see each other again. I mean…how freaking cool?! (The shirt colors were not planned, but again, HOW COOL!) Thanks y’all for warming my heart!
