Frosty Morn -- A few surfers out catching some clean waves but no one fishing yet. Light offshore wind from the SW at 4 knots. Air temp 43 degrees; water temp 53. Low tide 6:09 a.m. High tide noon. There was light frost on sand dunes, pier decks and other shady spots this morning.
