Giving a huge shout out to this gal, Aida! Last year, she volunteered at several concerts and when we needed a volunteer coordinator, Aida stepped up and transformed the entire department. She owned it, creating spreadsheets and schedules that would make your head spin. This year, she passed the torch to Kelly and worked alongside her to continue improving the experience of the VusicVolunteer family. She's managed to create and keep us on track with weekly crew zoom call check ins and filled many gaps on the spot. She can often be found giving someone a bouquet of flowers she's personally arranged, a shell from the beach that has a story behind it, or showing appreciation to a bus driver or crew member by asking for their autograph. She passionately cares about making our events as seamless as possible. Thank you, Aida!!
