Fresh Local Black Drum with Shrimp. Caribbean-spiced and served with mango habanero salsa, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. I've been preparing this dish with various types of fish for at least 16 years. I have to say, this is my favorite way to serve black drum.
