Good morning from the airport ramp off of Ocracoke’s beach! Conditions this morning are windy and rainy with a gorgeous sunrise peaking through. There’s a little bit of disorganized swell. Wind’s out of the southwest at around 20, water temp is 45 F, and the air is about 55 F. Next high tide is 2:30pm this afternoon and the next low tide is 8:26pm this evening
