There's a gentle NE breeze of 8 knots blowing in, but the surf has calmed down some just in time for tomorrow's OBX Skim Jam on the south beach. High tides 8:32 a.m. and 8:50 p.m. Low tide 2:40 a.m. and 2:32 p.m.
