The Enate winery has its own sense of identity, located in the Somontano region and is renowned on an international level. With each label designed by well-known contemporary artistis.

It’s been a while since we’ve shown our faces around here, so now seems like a good time to reintroduce ourselves! We are the Borlands - Lauren and Jason, and our three minis JB, Caroline and little James. In 2017 we bought the inn and moved to Manteo to fulfill our dream of owning our own business and living on the North Carolina coast. The last couple of years have been a whirlwind and we are so thankful to our incredible staff who supported us and kept the inn running as we spent more time focusing on our family. We are thrilled to be getting back in the swing of things and can’t wait to welcome to you to our little slice of island paradise!

Notice!! We are being forced to change our point of sale system that we have been using for almost 20 years due to lose of software updates/support from the manufacturer. Because of this change we will lose support for all outstanding shop gift cards as well. If you have a gift card from HIB with a balance please either redeem it in store or come in and we can transfer the balance to a new gift card.
