For the last few days, my Red Sky Catering Outer Banks team catered for Coach Hubert Davis, his wife Leslie, and the UNC basketball team at a stunning waterfront property in Pine Island Limited.
We treated them to many meals, ending with a delightful dinner last night, with a North Carolina fish fry featuring crab cakes, NC shrimp, rockfish, and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Our sweet finale was an awesome UNC basketball-themed cake by Holly's Creative Confections
It was a fun night!
