Cloudy and Warm -- The sun is trying to break through the clouds. One angler is giving it a go. Ocean water temp 54 degrees. Winds S at 10 knots. Low tide 10:13 a.m. High tide 3:31 p.m. Swing by the Pier to see a neat, eight piece exhibit of artwork by children from Mexico.
