Yoga With a Lifeguard

Duck Town Park

Yoga and safety tips all in one event! Kick start your week with a relaxing family yoga class followed by a Beach and Ocean Safety presentation on the Town of Duck Lawn. Yoga class and presentation will be led by 5th year Duck Surf Rescue Lifeguard and Yogafit Level 1 instructor Ellie Gardill.

Yoga with the Lifeguards is structured for all ages and levels of experience! Class will take place in person and streamed live. The video will be posted for 48 hours following the class. *In the event of rain, class will be live streamed only.
