Nor’Banks Sailing has been renting sailboats on the Outer Bank since 1979! We offer Flying Scot, Hobie Getaway and Hobie Wave rentals.

Nor’ Banks is committed to providing you with a fun and safe parasailing experience. We offer Single Flight, Tandem Flight and Triple Flight options. One parasailing observer can also ride along on the boat. 

No'Banks offers beginner to intermediate wakeboarding instruction for ages 12 and up. We also offer wakeboard, waterski, kneeboard, wakeskate and tube trips in any combination. Our combo trips include any of the activities your group is interested in, all of your equipment and any instruction.

Nor'Banks Sailing offers the best fleet of jet skis on OBX! Our staff will help you safely enjoy your jet ski experience with a safety orientation. Our facility includes a big grassy lawn, large pier and bathroom and showers on site.

We pull a small commercial-style shrimp net behind the Risky Business, giving passengers (up to 6 people) the chance to sort the catch and examine the fish, shrimp, and crabs that are harvested. Guests keep all legal-size fish, shrimp, and crabs to take home while learning about the three types of crabs commonly harvested. This fun, hands-on experience is a 3-hour trip, and is perfect for all ages and offers a unique look at local shrimping and crabbing.

In addition to daily dolphin tours, private charters are available for a wide range of occasions, including private tours, school field trips, family reunions, wedding parties, memorials, business gatherings, and private dinner cruises (bring your own food). Each charter offers a flexible, personalized experience on the water, perfect for creating meaningful and memorable moments on the Outer Banks.

The Sunset Dolphin Watch is a combination of both a dolphin watch and a sunset cruise. Find the dolphin and then see the sunset on the water over Albemarle Sound. 

The Afternoon Dolphin Watch is a laid-back two-hour cruise, featuring informative narration about bottlenose dolphins and the natural behaviors you may see, including mating and birthing. Spacious viewing areas provide excellent sightlines for everyone, with covered, Coast Guard–inspected vessels offering sun protection and onboard restrooms.
